Very friendly, Jim and his team are a great company to work with they are very professional. They take pride in the products they turn out. They made sure that we were completely happy with the design before production. And the production time is very reasonable. Paradise Signs and Graphics wrapped my company's new box truck. Their customer service, especially Jim, is excellent and responsive. We found an issue with our design during our first application. Although that's never ideal, Jim and his team were excellent listeners, responded to the concern quickly, and offered a reasonable and affordable solution. I reached out to Jim & Tanya when we needed a vinyl door sign for our door at work. Jim came out the same day, within a couple hours and measured everything and got back to me with the different options and a quote. Not only was the quote I got from him the most reasonable, he did GREAT quality work. (I reached out to five different companies in total and Jim was the only one that actually came out and measured and showed interest.) I cannot recommend this company enough!! The door vinyl was installed very quickly and it looks beautiful!
